PatPat is a global online store offering stylish and affordable clothing and products for children and parents. The main objective for the client was to scale their reach, increase sales and app installs, and re-engage lapsed users through effective retargeting campaigns.

Implementation

Simultaneous Launch of UA and RT Campaigns
To maximize both reach and sales, we launched two key strategies simultaneously: User Acquisition (UA) campaigns to attract new users and Retargeting (RT) campaigns to re-engage existing ones. This dual approach allowed us to grow the new user base while maintaining focus on returning customers.

Creative Optimization
We developed and deployed more than 15 creative groups tailored to PatPat's ongoing promotions and offers. Creatives were updated frequently to reflect new promotions, driving higher conversion rates and increased sales.

To enhance campaign effectiveness, we built user-specific funnels using DeepLink technology. This ensured users were directed to specific promotional sections within the app based on the ad they clicked. By aligning the content with user interests, we significantly boosted the likelihood of purchases. 

We focused on key markets such as the UAE, USA, France, and Germany, tailoring our ad strategies and creatives for each region to account for cultural nuances and user preferences. This localized approach contributed to more precise targeting and higher conversion rates.

Results

  • Over 1,000,000 new app installs

  • $22,364,923 in purchases from returning users through retargeting campaigns

Conclusion

Integrating UA and retargeting strategies, along with the use of DeepLink, can significantly expand reach, boost sales, and improve user retention. We successfully built personalized funnels for different audience segments, resulting in substantial revenue growth for PatPat.
