We began by conducting an in-depth analysis of the target audience to understand their behavior and preferences when using car-sharing services. Based on these insights, we developed a geo-targeting strategy focused on specific cities. Following this, we tested various traffic sources and selected 10 in-app networks that showed the highest conversion rates from registration to first trip.
Throughout the campaign, we continuously monitored the performance of each traffic source, enabling us to implement real-time optimizations effectively. Our team regularly filtered traffic sources to attract users with the highest potential to complete their first trip. We scaled the traffic volume while maintaining a high conversion rate and continued to deliver a steady influx of quality users.
After a successful testing and optimization phase, we moved on to scaling the campaigns without compromising traffic quality. As a result, we significantly increased the number of first trips made by users.
